Exclusively produced for the House of Commons by Rosebud Preserves, our Whisky Marmalade is comprised of classically powerful, sharp and fruity Seville Orange medium cut Marmalade, and finished with the bold addition of whisky and molasses to create additional depth and richness.
Made traditionally dark, malty and full bodied with the addition of molasses and whisky, and naturally set with the addition of unrefined cane sugar.
Wonderful on toast for a special breakfast or as a cooking ingredient for a decadent dessert.

Meet the Maker
Rosebud Preserves is an award-winning producer of chutneys, jams, pickles and preserves based near Masham in North Yorkshire. The company was founded in 1989 by Elspeth Biltoft, whose vision was to create preserves using generous amounts of freshly prepared ingredients to achieve the very best homemade flavour, without the addition of preservatives or additives.
