Our new range of House of Commons wines feature a label design inspired by the Victorian-era, neo-gothic designs of A.W.N. Pugin, who oversaw virtually all aspects of the Palace of Westminster's interior design during its reconstruction in the 19th century.
This 2019 vintage Bordeaux from Chateau La Tuilerie du Puy is a fresh but complex wine, with appealing red and black fruits on the nose and an excellent length of flavour finished with refined tannins. It is well balanced, medium bodied, and holds its own alongside robust dishes such as Beef Wellington, roast gammon or game. It is equally well suited to pairing with hard or soft cheeses.
